Class information

Our fun packed Saturday Soccer Schools sessions are designed to teach the fundamentals of football in a positive and friendly environment, using age appropriate drills that capture the imagination of young players and inspire their love for the game! We embrace the FA's 'Play Phase' approach, which is all about giving children the best possible start in their football journey, developing important skills that provide a platform for their long term development.

Sessions are delivered by experienced UEFA/ FA licensed coaches who are trained in Child Safeguading, First Aid and DBS certified

Route into grassroots football teams

These sessions will also provide children with a pathway into structured grassroots football teams through the Cobham FC & Walton & Hersham Youth FC team programmes, beginning at Under 7s (End of school Year 1/ beginning of School Year 2)

Booking/ Cancellation policy

Sessions are booked in half-term blocks (courses) and paid for up front via the website.

If a child is unable to attend a session within a course that has been pre-booked, we cannot offer a refund. However if you wish to cancel your place on a course before the first session has started, you will be given a full refund providing you give at least 7 days notice, so that your place can be offered to another child.

Sessions will go ahead in all weather conditions. However if the weather is deemed extreme or unsafe (flooded pitches/ frozen pitches/ lightning), the session will be cancelled in order to ensure the safety of the children/ parents and we will endeavour to offer an alternative 'make up session' (no refunds will be offered)

For any sessions cancelled for reasons that are deemed within our control (e.g staff sickness), a full refund will be given or a free 'make up session' will be offered.

Behaviour Policy

It is of paramount importance that children attending our sessions conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.

We endeavour to provide the most positive, fun and enjoyable learning environment for all children and any behaviour that compromises this will be taken seriously.

Disruptive or disorderly behaviour that is impacting the delivery of our sessions will be handled by discussing with parents and we will strive to implement a supportive approach wherever possible. If the behaviour does not improve in time we reserve the right to remove the child from our sessions and will notify the parents by email should we feel that the child is not benefitting / engaging in the sessions appropriately or is having a disruptive influence on the sessions

Any behaviour that risks the safety of other children (aggressive/ violent) will jeopardise that child's place on our sessions and we reserve the right to remove them immediately from our sessions.

We are committed to providing the most safe and positive experience for all children
